Meet Your Therapist

Welcome!

My name is Caralie Jodlowski and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (108027) serving those residing in California and Florida via telehealth. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples and families in various settings, including outpatient treatment, residential treatment and private practice.

On my journey of personal introspection and healing, I have learned that through pain and struggle, comes growth and transformation. Prior to becoming a therapist, some of my early adult relationships had a negative impact on my life and some of my own defense mechanisms were getting in the way of finding healthier relationships. As I worked to better understand these unhealthy defenses and coping strategies, previously avoided feelings could come to the surface. I was able to identify why and how I block certain feelings and how I could develop new ways to have safer and more connected relationships. Finding the right support is so important. If you are considering therapy, I am happy to provide additional information about myself and the therapy process to see if we might be a good fit.

I am inspired by the resiliency of the human spirit and the courage that my clients have when embarking on the difficult but important work of self-examination. Together, we will explore your story and begin to navigate the difficult patterns that have brought pain, isolation and feelings of immobility. I recognize the strength and bravery it takes to consider getting help and support and I am eager for the opportunity to walk alongside you in your path to wholeness.
